Project background: The Predictive Index (PI) offers a 2 day workshop that teaches PI’s methodology and how clients can use PI insights to address key business issues and opportunities. However, it’s a lot of information to digest in 2 days and bring back to their organization as PI practitioners. .
Project role: The PI flashcards were created as part of the workshop materials. They are a fun, gamified way for participants to memorize and test their PI knowledge. I was responsible for project management, identifying learning objectives, determining topics and creating the copy.
