Project background: The Predictive Index created groupings of behavioral patterns, referred to as Reference Profiles, to make it easier to understand people’s characteristics and defining workplace behaviors. The Predictive Index wanted to provide a guide to clients on how to easily use the reference profiles within their working relationships.

Project role: The 17 Reference Profiles is a handy guide that provides a high-level view of each reference profile’s strengths, challenges and how to work most effectively with them. I was responsible for research and content creation, (signature work styles, strengths, common traps, and how to work well with them) for each reference profile.  Introduction and graphic design were provided by the marketing team.
