Project background: The Predictive Index (PI) has a Behavioral Assessment full of people insights, but the science behind the assessment is complex, not to mention proprietary, and intimidating to the uneducated. Each behavioral assessment creates a behavioral pattern, which plots a respondent’s results. The course offers a way for users to learn how to interpret a pattern, without taking instructor-led training.
Project role: I was responsible for the project management, needs analysis, subject matter expert collaboration, and storyboarding of the course. Development was completed by Roberta Dombrowski.
