Four Factors Power Up for The Predictive Index

Project background: The Predictive Index (PI)needed a way to get clients up to speed on the foundational drives of PI’s Behavioral Assessment and how the drives influenced people’s motivations and workplace behavior. It was the first e-learning to be introduced in over 3 years and was a departure from their previous 30 minute-long courses.

Project role: I was responsible for the vision, needs analysis, storyboard, and publicity of the project. Development was done by The eLearning Network®.
