Project background: The Predictive Index (PI) uses a blend of software, assessments, and workshops to help organizations understand employee behavior and engagement. PI lives by the mantra, “Better Work, Better World.”
Project role: I am responsible for creating and managing the digital educational content available to PI’s partners and clients through Catalyst, PI’s online support and community. I lead the stratgy and vision of the Catalyst educational experience and collaborate with most departments within The Predictive Index, including but not limited to Product, Science, Legal, Client Operations, Marketing, International and People Operations. Content types include e-learning, video, presentations, hand-outs and articles.
