Here’s the main headline – I love to learn and I am passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that help people improve their skills, knowledge and performance.

Why am I passionate about Instructional Design and Learning Experience? I’m glad you asked.

  • As an Instructional designer, I perform a variety of roles – researcher, investigator, analyzer,  designer, developer, learner, project manager and more. Every project is different and it truly keeps “the work” interesting.

  • I enjoy collaborating with people and gaining new perspectives. Whether it is a subject matter expert, reviewer, or end user, it’s always interesting to hear their insights, experiences or feedback and it always improves the overall project.

  • Instructional Design honestly just speaks the nerdiness in me that likes to organize and determine structure and consistency. Let’s redline the excess and focus on the information someone really needs to know.

  • I am proud to be the champion of the learner while training is designed and developed – voicing the questions or points of confusion they might have, and adding the support or hands-on experience they may need.
  • I am life-long learner and love learning about new roles, products, processes, and industries. With experience ranging in food and beverage, quick service retail, behavioral assessment, software, and utilities, I’m building my knowledge in a lot if different areas, but there is always room for more.
